Who had the best NBA offseason — and which teams got worse?

NBA insider Michael Scotto of HoopsHype joins CP The Fanchise to pick the biggest winners and losers of the offseason.

Philadelphia headlines the winners after reshaping its roster around Joel Embiid, while Miami finally landed Giannis Antetokounmpo and Minnesota took another major swing around Anthony Edwards. The Knicks maintained much of their championship core, but questions remain about their frontcourt depth.

On the other side, the Lakers enter a new era built around Luka Doncic after LeBron James' departure. Did Los Angeles give up too much for Walker Kessler? Did Detroit squander an opportunity to take another step forward? And can Denver keep its championship window open?

Plus: the Cavaliers' win-now gamble, Anthony Davis' future, Ben Simmons' latest opportunity and more from around the NBA.
