Description
A passenger train carrying about 120 people has derailed after colliding with a concrete mixer truck at a level crossing south of Poland's capital, leaving one passenger dead and 20 injured. Two victims were airlifted to hospital. This marks the second serious rail crash in Poland within two weeks.
