🔴 His guidance for MSPs over the next twelve months: work out which tools actually suit you. Not every AI tool fits every MSP, and spending heavily on something that mostly writes emails is not a strategy.

🔴 His practical version: find the five or six tools that genuinely save you money and make you more efficient, and go deep on those rather than wide on everything.

🔴 A point we added on the day: match the model to the job. Reaching for the most expensive option to draft an email is how budgets disappear without much to show for it.

🔴 His highlight was the new faces. Businesses a year old, some a couple of years old, all choosing a Canadian show to understand the Canadian market.
