Episode Details

Peter FitzSimons took the stand in a high-stakes courtroom drama, recounting harrowing allegations against veteran radio host Alan Jones — now facing 22 charges including indecent assault and sexual touching. A former staffer, introduced to FitzSimons by Ray Hadley, claimed he was groped multiple times by Jones — in elevators, cars, and at events — describing himself as “revolted” and emotionally shattered. The staffer said Jones allegedly placed his hand on his knee, moved it to his groin, and even kissed him after being pinned against a wall. Though deeply shaken, the staffer admitted feeling powerless to resist. FitzSimons revealed the staffer panicked during their conversation and begged him not to escalate the matter. Jones, 85, remains defiantly not guilty, with his legal team dismissing the claims as false and politically motivated. With four months of testimony ahead, the trial is poised to unravel more explosive revelations.
