Dr. Travis Yates, an expert on police leadership and training and a retired police major, joined Liz Collin on her podcast. Dr. Yates, who first called out the lack of leadership in Minneapolis back in 2019 — and recently exposed the long list of complaints against former Minneapolis police chief Brian O'Hara — spoke about even more leadership failures.
These include how several police officers have been prosecuted without a grand jury indictment —and the fact that there are now 55% fewer Minneapolis police officers since the George Floyd riots.
However, Dr. Yates also pointed out how so-called political leaders maintain power despite all the failures in public safety.
"It is amazing what they're able to accomplish and the power they're able to amass by literally lying to the public each and every day,” said Dr. Yates.
