On this episode of Stock Movers:

- UnitedHealth (UNH) shares are down. UnitedHealth Group Inc. has sold an interest in some of its Optum Health operations in Florida to TPG Inc. UnitedHealth Chief Financial Officer Wayne DeVeydt said working with TPG will allow the business to grow more quickly while executing a broader turnaround. The deal with TPG is part of Optum's restructuring that the company had previously announced, according to Optum Health CEO Krista Nelson.

- Booking (BKNG) shares drop. Booking Holdings Inc. lost a European Union court fight over its derailed €1.6 billion ($1.9 billion) takeover of Sweden’s Etraveli Group, after judges said regulators were right to conclude that the planned buyout threatened fair competition.

- Dell (DELL) shares rise. Dell Technologies Inc. is seeking to raise about $4 billion from an investment-grade bond sale to refinance debt and fund general corporate purposes. The company is offering bonds in four tranches, with maturities ranging from three to 10 years, and proceeds will be used to repay outstanding notes due in 2026. Dell's bond offering is part of a wave of companies tapping the investment-grade debt market, with about 17 companies expected to sell bonds on Wednesday.
