Andie Knight "Behind The Scenes Of The Sanford Mainers And Boomers Bookworm Program"
Description
What happens behind the scenes of a championship baseball team? Andrea “Andie” Knight gives us a look!
As the Sales and Office Manager for the Sanford Mainers, Andie plays a big role in keeping the organization moving and connected with the community. We talk about the Mainers’ incredible 25th season, their divisional championship, and what makes this team such an important part of the Sanford area.
We also dive into the Boomers Bookworm Program, an awesome initiative that gets kids from surrounding schools reading books in exchange for tickets to Mainers games. It’s a great example of how baseball can make an impact far beyond the ballpark.
A great conversation about baseball, community, kids, and the people behind the scenes who help make it all happen!
