Mashama joined host Kerry Diamond last January to talk about her landmark restaurant, as well as the book she co-authored with her business partner, John Morisano. Titled Black, White, and The Grey: The Story of an Unexpected Friendship and a Beloved Restaurant, it is a unique memoir that delves into their relationship and features recipes important to each of them.
