Emily Gatto, LCSW, is Senior Vice President of TLC Wellness and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience across multiple levels of behavioral health care, including case management, primary care, intensive in-home family-based therapy, and outpatient mental health services.
Emily has led the development and growth of TLC Wellness, an insurance-based outpatient therapy practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and older adults. She has focused on building a diverse clinical team with expertise across trauma, neurodivergence, couples and family therapy, eating disorders, and other specialized areas, while expanding access to quality mental health care.
As a clinician, Emily works particularly with first responders, emergency service professionals, and parents experiencing chronic stress, burnout, trauma, and the demands of caring for others.
