Access denied.
The payment processor rejected the application, the website upgrade couldn't simply be reversed, and for a while it looked like a lot of time, money and effort had gone in exactly the wrong direction.
It would have been easy to stay angry and decide the whole thing was a disaster.
Instead, Rebecca did something she's learned. She walked away.
