The Bank of Canada has officially unveiled its new, vertical $20 banknote featuring King Charles III, marking a historic shift in the country's currency. As announced by Bank of Canada Governor Tiff Macklem, this note is the first in more than 70 years to introduce a new monarch to Canadian bills, following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
