Sometimes we're expected to always sit back and be polite.. whether we are a family unit, a professional, a 'good friend'.. but at what cost? If we are afraid to say what we feel, it starts to build up, and sometimes we can blame somebody else for those bitter feelings but really- how do they know if you haven't told them?
