The Hosts 

The podcast is hosted by Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde-Massey, who famously met and won series two of Love Island in 2016. Now married with two children and a dog with ADHD, the couple has traded the glitz of reality TV for the trenches of parenthood. They use the show as a space to vent, bicker, and share the genuine chaos of their household without any Instagram filters.

Ashley Glazebrook 

Ashley Glazebrook, widely known by his stage name "Twist," is a professional dancer, choreographer, and content creator. Born on March 28, 1991, in London, he grew up alongside two brothers and four step-brothers. Glazebrook developed a passion for music and dance at a young age, heavily inspired by Michael Jackson, and later attended the BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology. 

While studying for a BTEC National Diploma in dance, he met Glen Murphy (aka "Pulse"). Bonding over their shared sense of humor, the two friends formed the duo Twist and Pulse, creating a unique performance style they dubbed "streetomedy"—a blend of street dance and comedy. The duo skyrocketed to fame in 2010 when they reached the finals of ITV's Britain's Got Talent, finishing as runners-up. They later returned for the 2019 spin-off, Britain's Got Talent: The Champions, where they earned Alesha Dixon's Golden Buzzer and won the entire competition. 

Following their television success, Twist and Pulse toured the UK with their own show, Twist and Pulse LIVE!, and served as Olympic Torch relay bearers in 2012. They have al
