Below Deck Mediterranean’s Gael Cameron is speaking publicly about quietly healing and rebuilding her life after Nathan Gallagher was convicted of three domestic-violence offenses in Australia and failed to appear in court, prompting an arrest warrant.

I’m also talking about Kelly Osbourne’s frightening realization that grief following Ozzy Osbourne’s death had taken a serious physical toll—and why our conversation should focus on her health, not another public assessment of a woman’s body.

Then, Elizabeth Smart competed at the North American Bodybuilding Championships at 38. I’m looking back at who Elizabeth is, what she survived and why seeing her reclaim her strength and identity means so much more than where she placed.

Plus: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West separately show up for North West’s first solo headlining concert; Widow’s Bay dominates the Creative Arts Emmys while Taylor Swift goes home empty-handed; and Chicken Shop Date prepares to end after 12 wonderfully awkward years.

In Quick Yaps: Natalie Portman reportedly welcomes her third child, Ciara is expecting baby number five, Gary Oldman claims the next James Bond has been selected, Angie Katsanevas discusses her separation, Andrea Denver and Lexi Sundin welcome baby Astrid, and RHONY returns with Carole Radziwill back in the mix.
