I was joined by Donald Jeffries for a wide-ranging and lively conversation that started with Donald Trump’s supposed fast-food diet and quickly opened into a much bigger discussion about health, additives, RFK Jr, junk food culture and whether modern politics is theatre dressed up as reform. From there we moved into free speech, judicial overreach, political double standards in Britain and America, and the increasingly absurd state of public life on both sides of the Atlantic.

We also spent time on Donald’s work, his shows America Unplugged and I Protest, and the parallels he sees between today’s alternative media investigations and earlier citizen-led research into the JFK assassination. That led us into Tyler Robinson, Charlie Kirk, the role of independent researchers, and the broader question of how narratives are manufactured, protected and sold. By the end, the conversation had widened again into surveillance, social engineering, COVID-era conditioning, transport policy, food quality and the strange ways everyday life is shaped by systems most people never stop to question.
