Elouise Massa is entering politics as an independent candidate for the seat of Manly, nearly two years after her two-year-old son Joe died due to medical failures at Northern Beaches Hospital in Sydney. She and her husband successfully campaigned for major changes at the hospital following their son's tragic death. Massa says she is channelling her energy and drive into serving her electorate as a way to thank the community.
