I’ve been thinking a lot about why icons left us so early. I truly believe they weren't taken too soon. They felt too deeply, and this world just had nothing left to offer them.

If you're listening to this and carrying your own unhealed inner child, or if you've ever felt lonely in a crowded room, my advice to you is this: don't let the world's sharpness harden your heart.

Just like MJ, choose to meet the world with love and sincerity, even when it's hard. And to Michael, if you're out there: don't come back, don't let anyone find you. Be happy, and stay the child you always were :) .
