Sl: V Ljubljani je bil lep jesenski dan.
En: In Ljubljana, it was a beautiful autumn day.

Sl: Ljudi so vlekli proti gradu, kjer je potekal srednjeveški sejem.
En: People were drawn towards the castle, where a medieval fair was taking place.

Sl: Zrak je bil hladen, dišal je po pečenih jabolkih in kuhanem vinu.
En: The air was cool, scented with baked apples and mulled wine.

Sl: Po tleh so ležali šelesteči rumeni listi, ki so se lesketali v sončni svetlobi.
En: Crunchy yellow leaves lay on the ground, shimmering in the sunlight.

Sl: Grad je bil poln pisane gneče, povsod so bili šotori in stojnice.
En: The castle was full of a colorful crowd, with tents and stalls everywhere.
