Who is Ash Mahmood?
I’m Ash Mahmood, a former secondary school science teacher and award winning film director from London who decided to quit my life and work in the UK and settle in Montenegro where I found healing, peace and tranquility by the adriatic sea and in nature. My passion lies in my home that I purchased here. I have a stone house that’s partially off grid, away from any town in a remote village overlooking the sea that I renovated. I want to share this space by renting it out to other like minded people looking to escape from the claustrophobic and unhealthy city lifestyles in order to experience healing, rest and an opportunity to recharge and reset.

I have my apartment that I rent out for people who wish to experience Montenegro
- Go to booking.com for the apartment but they add 15% commission so it works out cheaper to book directly with me. x
Then there is the house/retreat space
- Simple and peaceful, including hikes to the beach, visiting a local village restaurant, and sun and star gazing.
- Speed boat trips around the Bay and coast so those sorts of things are possible too.
