Divorce, Fear and Moving Forward
Published 3 weeks, 2 days ago
Description
After stepping away from the podcast for a while, I’m finally back, and in this episode, I’m sharing why I disappeared in the first place. I talk about the fear, shame, embarrassment, and uncertainty I experienced while going through my divorce, and how those emotions kept me stuck, quiet, and disconnected from some of the things I genuinely love doing, including podcasting.
In this episode I talk about what it looked like to navigate those emotions instead of continuing to run from them, what I learned about myself in the process, and what it took to start moving forward again while going through a difficult divorce publicly. This episode isn’t about pretending the hard seasons didn’t happen, it’s about owning them, learning from them, and finding the courage to come back.
