The Khomas Residents and Ratepayers Association has renewed calls for the City of Windhoek to release a forensic audit into its billing system following the suspension of municipal employees accused of manipulating accounts. Association leader Shaun Gariseb argues that faults within the BCX billing system, rather than employee misconduct, may be behind long-standing complaints of inflated and irregular municipal accounts affecting residents.
