Communities in Namibia are being empowered to tackle menstrual health challenges through practical skills that promote dignity, affordability and sustainability.
Leanne and Steve Winterton, who have been travelling across Africa teaching communities how to make reusable sanitary pads, say the initiative helps girls stay in school while reducing the cost of menstrual hygiene products.
