Jurors are expected back in court at 9am this morning to begin their 5th day of deliberations after telling the judge on Tuesday they were deadlocked. The jury of 12 will begin their 23rd hour of deliberations, trying to determine whether or not Lindsay Clancy was criminally responsible for the strangling deaths of her three young children. As jurors left the courthouse on Tuesday, a 56-year-old woman was arrested and charged after reportedly filming members of the jury. Meantime, Clancy’s defense attorney still has hope that jurors will be able to reach a consensus, telling reporters he is heartened they are working hard, and have not said yet, that they’re done.
