Joe Gugino lives in Massachusetts and has a ton of experience chasing striper. This is a species of fish that I have very little experience with, so it was very interesting to learn about the fishing, the culture, the issues that they are facing, and much more. One thing that really intrigued me from this conversation was the issues that arise with dealing with multiple states regulating a migratory fish. In this case, 13 different states.
