Description
Eva hadn't budged from 186 for a year and a half — until she stepped on it this week and saw 180, a number she hasn't seen in ages, ice cream summer in Washington included.
Kami has her own update: three pounds down in her fourth week of GLP-1 shots, plus a blunt reality check on the gastrointestinal side effects nobody warns you about (chewable laxatives included).
Swerving into real life, Kami searches an elderly neighbor's house for his missing 14-year-old cat after he is found on his floor, dehydrated and confused, having fallen some unknown number of days earlier.
Eva also gives a 17-day update on her recent face laser and submental lipo (still a little swollen, still a little numb) and talks through the tricky conversation of watching her daughter start to notice her own changing body during swim season.
