Description
Brett Hull is back at Gozzer Ranch with Discovery Land Company founder Michael Meldman for part 2 of their conversation. Mike tells Brett about leaving corporate real estate and getting into property development in Arizona. The guys talk about how that one property turned into the entire Discovery portfolio and Mike tells Hully about where the inspiration came from for some of the rules that make Discovery golf courses more laid back than normal courses. Mike discusses the vision of Tom Fazio when they walk new properties together. Hully asks Mike about his venture into the tequila world with Casamigos and how that has grown as well as his move into the sports world buying a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders.
