Let's step it up a bit.  I'm going to break the interview process down into multiple parts, starting with planning & preparation.  Over the next month, I will cover several interview parts and how I've used them successfully (and unsuccessfully).

Today will be a brief introduction and the first half of the most neglected phase of interview.
