Episode Details

Duke Men's Basketball remain the team to beat in the ACC, but recent home run coaching hires at Virginia, Louisville, and Miami are closing the gap fast. Will John Scheyer’s loaded Blue Devils hold their ground, or are these revamped programs ready to snatch the crown? Elite transfers like Flory Bidunga (Louisville) and John Blackwell (Duke) headline a conference shifting from freshman phenoms to veteran-driven lineups, creating new intrigue for fans and rivals alike.

Hosts Andy Patton and Isaac Schade break down ACC power rankings, preseason All-ACC picks, and bold predictions for Coach, Player, and Transfer of the Year. The conversation highlights key programs’ tiered rankings, which teams are likely NCAA Tournament bound with the expanded 76-team field, and which historic Tobacco Road schools are on the upswing—or potentially on the hot seat. Can these rising ACC contenders challenge Duke’s dominance, or will the Blue Devils keep their streak alive?
