With looming budget deficit, county leaders ask the public to get involved
Published 2 weeks ago
Description
A budget engagement session Tuesday that aimed to get members of the public up to speed on Dane County’s budget process saw minimal turnout.
It comes as county leaders gear up for the next round of budget negotiations this fall, a process that promises to be a balancing act thanks to the estimated 15 million dollar deficit.
