Mineros Targets Early 2027 Porvenir Decision, Adds Gold to Balance Sheet

Daniel Henao, President and CEO of Mineros, said the company expects to make a construction decision on its Porvenir project in Nicaragua in early 2027, with a roughly two-year build to first production. Henao was interviewed by Mining Stock Daily. Henao said Mineros is retaining physical gold and gold-backed receivables on its balance sheet as a long-term strategy rather than converting all production to cash.
