Story Transcript:

En: The waves gently lapped against the ship "Valuta" as the sun slid toward the west, illuminating the small hills of the old fishing village on the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

En: People were having fun, and the scent of salt filled the air.

En: Lena, an experienced captain, decided to take her friends, Ivan and Marko, sailing to make the most of the last days of summer.

En: "Extraordinary view, isn't it?" said Ivan, trying to sound casual as he adjusted his hair in the wind.

En: "Beautiful," Lena agreed, checking the sails and dealing with the ropes, "but we have to watch the sky. Rain is possible."

En: Marko, from his seat on the deck, watched the horizon with a mix of admiration and concern.

En: Dark clouds were gathering in the distance faster than he expected.

En: "I think we should consider heading back," he suggested cautiously, pointing to the cloudy sky.

Hr: Ivan je odmahnuo rukom.
En: Ivan waved his hand dismissively.

Hr: "Ah, malo kiše nas neće uplašiti, zar ne, Lena?"
En: "Oh, a little rain won't scare us, right, Lena?"

Hr: Ali Lena je već bila ozbiljna.
En: But Lena was already serious.

En: Her gaze was fixed on the horizon; it was becoming clear that a decision needed to be made.

Hr: "Vrijeme se pogoršava.
En: "The weather is getting worse.

En: It's challenging to sail in these conditions, but I think I can manage."

En: Ivan leaned on the ship’s railing, trying to maintain a brave look.

Hr: No, i njemu je sada srce počelo brže kucati.
En: However, his heart was now starting to beat faster as well.

En: Marko, on the other hand, began helping with Lena's instructions, securing the sails for the impending storm.

En: The boat rocked more intensely as the waves rose.

En: The wind blew stronger, and Lena knew there was no turning back now.

Hr: "Ivan, Marko, trebam vašu pomoć.
En: "Ivan, Marko, I need your help.

Hr: Držite jedra mirno i slijedite moja uputstva."
En: Keep the sails steady and follow my instructions."

Hr: Iva
