Episode Details

Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Tommy Rees could be eyeing Notre Dame quarterback C.J. Carr for the 2027 NFL Draft, but he must first prove he can ignite the Falcons' offense in 2026. Aaron Freeman weighs whether Rees is ready to consistently scheme open first reads for pocket passers like Tua Tagovailoa and Michael Penix, while questioning if the "Big 3" of Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts can finally deliver as a cohesive unit.

Roster moves dominate the headlines as Zach Harrison returns to the practice squad and Billy Bowman's return timetable from an Achilles tear sparks debate over secondary rotations. Explore the impact of defensive line turnover, regression risks for the Falcons' pass rush, and whether versatile players like Brandon Dorlus and Avieon Terrell can fill key roles. Can Rees's play-calling elevate Atlanta, or will lingering skepticism around his scheme and the receiver group define the season?
