These 2 Rookies Could SAVE the Dolphins Defense
Description
Miami Dolphins rookies Jacob Rodriguez and Kyle Louis could become two of the most important players on Jeff Hafley’s defense. Rodriguez has already won the starting MIKE linebacker job, while Miami is experimenting with Louis at safety—one of the Dolphins’ biggest positions of need.
Wes Goldberg explains why Miami’s actions say even more than its praise for Rodriguez after the Dolphins cleared his path to a starting role. Plus, could Louis’ versatility provide an unexpected answer for Miami’s inexperienced secondary? If both rookies hit, a defense featuring Jordyn Brooks, Zach Sieler and Chop Robinson suddenly looks much more interesting.
