Both lawyers volunteered to appear on Sharpton's show and bring the three boys with them. Sharpton has not answered. Paltzik and Cox say they will sue, citing three defaming comments Sharpton made against the teenagers. This is the first on-camera account of the offer, the silence, and the lawsuit threat.
