Description
Jeff and Trisha Bradford join The Chicks on the Right to share the deeply personal story behind their pro-life mission and their book Beauty from Ashes.

More than three decades ago, while engaged to be married, Jeff and Trisha discovered they were pregnant. After receiving advice from someone they trusted, they went to Planned Parenthood and chose abortion—a decision they say remained largely unspoken between them for years. During Christian counseling decades later, the pain surrounding that decision finally came to the surface. Just days later, Jeff was approached about helping build what would eventually become Human Coalition.

Jeff, now president of Human Coalition, explains how the organization tries to reach abortion-minded women online and connect them with nurses, counseling and practical assistance. He also discusses the rise of chemical abortion and why Human Coalition believes speed has fundamentally changed the fight over abortion in America.

The conversation also explores why women seek abortions, the financial and emotional pressures they may face, and Human Coalition's approach to providing help with housing, employment, childcare and other needs.

Plus, Jeff shares the emotional story of Serena, a woman who became pregnant after an assault and connected with Human Coalition while searching online for help. Years later, Human Coalition says its relationship with Serena and her daughter continues
