North Texas vs Indiana Pick 9/5/26 College Football Week 1 Pick Prediction by Tony T.

Indiana replaces Heisman winner Fernando Mendoza after a 3,535-yard, 41-touchdown season, while North Texas also enters with a new starting-quarterback structure after Drew Mestermaker produced 4,379 yards. Model V1 has not verified either Week 1 starter, so quarterback certainty is lower than the brand names or prior records suggest. Indiana still owns the safer protection environment: 93 returning offensive-line starts versus 32 for North Texas.
