Description

💨 The smoke was in the air…but this conversation got HEAVY.

On this episode of The Wake & Bake Show, Q. Lewis, Monk Money and Angry Man get together for another session LIVE FROM THE 48205—but this time, the conversation hits a little different.

We’re living in a time where senseless violence can erupt over almost nothing, people are walking around carrying pain nobody knows about, and sometimes the relationships we keep fighting to save are the very ones destroying our peace.

So we talked about it.

🔥 Why does it feel like people are quicker to turn to violence?

🧠 How many people around us are really not okay mentally?

✂️ When is it finally time to let a toxic relationship GO?

❤️ Can loving somebody sometimes mean accepting that you can't keep them in your life?

🌿 And yes…we discussed all of this while getting properly Wake & Baked. 😂💨

There are still jokes. There are still moments where the conversation goes completely off the rails—because this IS the Wake & Bake Show.

But underneath the smoke and laughter is a serious conversation about anger, trauma, relationships, accountability, protecting your peace and recognizing when somebody—including yourself—might need help.

Sometimes the funniest people in the room are carrying the heaviest stuff.

Sometimes walking away is stronger than fighting back.

And sometimes you gotta sit around with your people, light one up and actually TALK.

👇🏾 QUESTION OF THE WEEK:

What's something—or somebody—you had to let go of to protect your peace?

Drop it in the comments. Somebody reading your answer might need to hear it.
