First off, it is always changing, so, no matter what you might think or be or do in "one moment" is not necessarily reflective of one's whole Life.  It is a moment...

this does not diminish the value of now, for this is the moment in which we are conversing, and, indeed it is all we have.

it is holy, it is everything.  Silly titles and podcasts should be taken lightly and digested so as to become part and parcel of one self.  Learning and widening one's understanding of as much as possible is a worthy goal.  Add in virtue and the pursuit of accumulating greater amounts and degrees of virtuosity is an even better goal to acquire for one Self, imho.
