What happens when the people building AI are forced to ask a question that technology alone can’t answer?

In this episode of Thought Atlas, I sit down with Anne Cantera, an AI and voice technology expert, conversation designer, and founder of Elemental Intelligence. Anne has been in and out of tech since 2001 and has worked in AI for the last four and a half years.

Today, she works exclusively with small, minority-owned, female-owned, and veteran-owned businesses, with a focus on what she considers ethical and human-centered uses of AI.
