Anthropic put a browser inside the Claude desktop app. Pro, Max, or Team. Rolling out. On by default once it reaches you. Give Cowork a website job and a side panel opens. Claude clicks, types, and fills the form while you watch. It does not see your tabs, bookmarks, or passwords. Free does not get this.

Don't point it at the bank. Import logins site by site. Desktop has to stay open. If you already use Claude in Chrome, that stays the default until you switch it.
