What happens when the thing you LOVE starts becoming the thing that pays your bills?

TyNia and I started as Broadway performers together. Now somehow we've entered our producer era. 😂

We've produced live shows, created a talent competition, built projects together and turned some of the things we genuinely love doing into actual businesses.

But does EVERY passion need to become a business?

Absolutely not.

In this bonus episode, we're talking about:

• How TyNia and I went from Broadway friends to producing together
• Knowing the difference between a hobby and something you want to monetize
• Why getting paid for your passion changes what's required of you
• The discipline and structure that come with turning creativity into a business
• Why you still need things you do simply because they bring you JOY
• How one random conversation pushed me to start creating outside of Broadway

Maybe the goal isn't to make money from everything you love.

Maybe it's figuring out which passions you want to build... and which ones you want to keep just for YOU.

The episode supports that distinction especially well when TyNia uses pottery as something she loves without wanting deadlines or deliverables attached to it, while Salisha connects monetizing The Salisha Show with consistency, structure, and a publishing schedule.
