If unsecured, these 45-inch-tall dressers can topple over, trapping or injuring people — violating the STURDY Act. Made between Sept 2023 and Dec 2025, they have black frames and brown/black fabric drawers. If yours isn’t anchored? Stop using it immediately. Contact Walmart for a refund — but you’ll need to return the drawers and dispose of the frame yourself. No injuries yet, but safety first.
