In this episode, I’m joined by Christian Health Practitioner® Karen Romero, who shares her powerful journey through stage 4 metastatic breast cancer - and how it completely changed the way she thinks about conventional and integrative medicine.

Karen shares why she initially resisted chemotherapy, what ultimately changed her mind, and how she has supported her body and terrain along the way with tools including nutrition, sauna, coffee enemas, hyperbaric oxygen, mistletoe, sunlight, nervous system support, and more.

Now in complete remission for the second time, Karen’s story is one of faith, humility, perseverance, and learning to hold our “nevers” loosely.

We also talk about the emotional side of healing, what God taught her about caring for her temple, and how becoming a Christian Health Practitioner® has changed the way she understands and supports her health.
