The Dolphins Just Made a SMART Trade — And Sent a Message
Description
The Miami Dolphins traded wide receiver Tutu Atwell to the Los Angeles Rams for running back Jarquez Hunter, and the move says a lot about GM Jon-Eric Sullivan’s rebuilding strategy. Instead of simply cutting Atwell, Miami turned a fading roster asset into another young player with upside.
Wes Goldberg breaks down why Hunter is an intriguing addition after flashing in the preseason and producing at Auburn. More importantly, the trade reveals how confident the Dolphins are in rookie receivers Caleb Douglas, Chris Bell and Kevin Coleman Jr. Actions speak louder than training-camp praise—and Miami just made a big statement about its young WR room.
