Description

After reporting a strong Q4, Affirm’s stock surged. Affirm CEO Max Levchin discusses his view of the consumer and the economy, from his position in buy-now, pay-later platform that also offers credit cards. Meta reached an $18 billion multi-state settlement in its social media addiction trial, as CNBC’s Julia Boorstin reports, and a judge ruled in favor of Anthropic, finding that the Pentagon took illegal action in categorizing the company as a supply chain risk.  The Information CEO and Editor-in-Chief Jessica Lessin discusses both tech headlines, as well as reports of an Anthropic IPO in October.
