Due to potential extreme heat in Oklahoma, Delta State’s football season opener at Northeastern State University has been moved from Saturday, Aug. 29, to Friday, Aug. 28, plus, the Oxford Police Department is offering drink covers and glow sticks to bargoers on Aug. 27 from 8-10 p.m. on the Square.
