You can see the project here as you listen along.

The reenvisioned Kendall Square Master Plan represents a long-term collaboration between Pickard Chilton and Boston Properties to transform one of Cambridge's most prominent innovation districts. Rather than approaching the project as a series of isolated developments, the team envisioned a comprehensive master plan that would reshape the district through architecture, infrastructure, and public space. At the heart of the plan is the replacement of an obsolete parking garage with a transformative civic intervention, utilizing deep foundation piles during massive excavation.
