The power is back on in Gary… mostly.
The city of roughly 70-thousand in northwest Indiana was among the hardest hit during the August 11th storms.
Even though NIPSCO said this week that 99 percent of its customers have been restored, a few hundred are still without… and people are still on the ground cleaning up.
