Roivant and Priovant won FDA approval for LISRAYA (brepocitinib) in dermatomyositis — 55% of patients achieved both symptom improvement and minimal steroid use at 52 weeks. But the label carries a full JAK boxed warning, which makes the steroid-sparing case the entire commercial argument.
