SURPRISE: New Orleans Saints Resting Starters May Be The Wrong Choice, Olave, Shough Impress

Episode 2729 Published 1 month, 1 week ago

Description

The New Orleans Saints’ decision to rest starters against the Dallas Cowboys sparks debate. Skipping preseason snaps could risk disrupting valuable offensive and defensive rhythm, but it could be the smart move for a team already battling injuries. Tyler Shough soars as Chris Olave impresses with a strong return from a practice scare, and Kool-Aid McKinstry makes key defensive plays.

The kicker battle heats up as Charlie Smyth, Tanner Brown, and Daniel Carlson are creating little separation, setting the stage for a crucial final audition. With Smith’s potential as an international practice player and questions about Carlson’s low trajectory on longer kicks, special teams could be a game-changer.
